In 2021, almost 74 million people aged 15 to 74 were employed in the EU, 52% of which were women according to data published by Eurostat.

The highest proportion of women employed in science and technology in the European Union was recorded in Latvia and Lithuania (63%) and the lowest in Malta (44%).

In Poland, this percentage varies from 50% to over 60% depending on the region of the country.

More and more young women in our country also decide to study at technical universities, although they are still dominated by men.

Many women also work in Cloud Services, and in some departments such as: UX and Graphic Designer, HR, Marketing, Legal Department and Finance Department most or 100% are women.
